Rising Sweetness Sugar Shack is run by brother-in-laws Sean Labbe and Jeff Hendrix. The two specialize in maple sugaring and producing maple syrup, candies, maple sugars, and rubs,. A three year operation with over 500 taps and working towards expansion.

Specializes in maple sugaring. Studied forestry in college and took forestry throughout high school. Sean was asked to start up the farm which sat still for many years from the prior owner and jumped on the opportunity.
Specializes in maple sugaring, professional chef, and took forestry all through out high school. What was once a small hobby has now turned into a passion.
